This Gift Card is issued by the participating merchant and may be redeemed at any of the participating merchant's establishment.

Gift Card is re-loadable, additional value may be added up to maximum amount allowed. Purchases will be deducted from this Gift Card until the value reaches zero. Card is valid only in the Philippines.

Card will be replaced if defective together with proof of purchase or an original receipt. Please safeguard this Card as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Card balances cannot be transferred onto or used to purchase other Gift Cards. This Card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law and cannot be used to make payments on any charge account. Use of this Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You may check your Gift Card balance at any participating outlets. A card inactive for twelve (12) months with a remaining balance, a monthly maintenance fee shall be deducted from the balance starting the 13th month of inactivity. The fee shall be charged monthly while the card remains inactive until the card reaches zero or card is again reloaded for a purchase.
