Each of the founding members of the organization possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the retail business.

ERIC REDONA is a retired executive of a leading fortune 50 supermarket chain in the United States having spent 23 years in the retail industry. Eric was a major contributor in the development of world-class loyalty and gift card programs in the United States.


In 2003. Eric established an offshore IT operation for a US retail company in the Philippines, an important milestone in the evolution of the Philippine BPO industry.


Following the conclusion of his job tenure in the US, Eric assumed the position of CIO with a major Philippine retail company until his retirement in 2015.

HOWARD ORMSBY brings to StoneValley Business Solutions 50 years of IT experience in retail, manufacturing, and airline industry.


Prior to joining Stone Valley, he worked for a Fortune 50 company as a director for 43 years focusing on building an infrastructure to support company growth, and best IT practices.


Responsibilities included design, development, testing, and support of Personnel Systems, POS applications, and Electronic Payment Systems; including Gift Card Applications. Later Howard worked extensively with Financial/Personnel ERP Implementations and Merger/Acquisitions initiatives.

EVA MELLA is an IT executive with extensive project and program management experience and implementation of ERP and CRM application systems covering customer products and global retail distribution domain.


As former Director in a captive IT center in Manila of a major Fortune 50 supermarket chain in the United States, Eva managed operations administration, IT capability centers and information security. She focused on governance, risk management and compliance to identify and manage IT related risks and increased requirements for control over information. 

LULU TOPACIO is a former top executive for global leading brands in the sanitary wares industry.  She has extensive experience in business operations and management, marketing, and advertising, sales in both local and export markets.
